Angela Spangler believes the right home can genuinely improve the way you live. As a Denver-based real estate agent with West + Main Homes, she helps clients find spaces that support their lifestyle, health, and long-term goals.

Her path to real estate started in the world of healthy buildings. Angela holds a master’s degree in Human Environmental Relations from Cornell University and previously worked with the leading global healthy building certification program, advising Fortune 500 companies on creating spaces where their people could thrive. Today, she brings that same expertise to the residential world—helping buyers and sellers think about homes through the lens of light, air quality, materials, and overall well-being.

Having personally moved more than 30 times, Angela knows firsthand how big—and emotional—a move can be. She’s known for guiding clients through the process with thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and steady support from start to finish.

When she’s not working with clients, Angela is usually outside exploring Colorado. She leads a monthly women’s hike across the Front Range, serves on the board of the Colorado chapter of the Ivy+ Women’s Group, and volunteers with BookGive, a nonprofit that distributes free books to promote literacy in the community.
